What Are Belly Fat Diets?

The process of eliminating the unattractive and potentially dangerous fat deposit around the waist cannot be undertaken seriously without a satisfactory belly fat diet, because the procedure has to begin with a good diet, if it is going to work. You must have the right mental approach too, but it is not enough on its own.

You need to analyze your eating habits carefully, identify the good and bad foods that assist or hinder the weight loss process and eliminate the bad ones. There are many options of belly fat diets to be had online and most of them stress the importance of sticking to a low-calorie routine.

Everyone knows these days that wholemeal, unprocessed or brown grains, seeds, certain vegetables, fruits, lean meat and fish should be the main ingredients of any diet and it is the same for a belly fat diet too. Some of the belly fat diets provide suggestions for different breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, so that the dieter does not have to count calories - a sort of pick-n-mix approach. But it is far better to obtain lists of foodstuffs with portion sizes and their calorie count, so that you have enough flexibility to take pleasure in a wider variety of food.

It is not important for this article, which approach you want to take: high fibre, low carbohydrate, high protein, vegetarian, or fruit only, it is always a good idea for you be conscious of what you are putting on your table, because this will allow you to make a better identification of what works and what does not work for the loss of belly fat in your own individual case.

The main goal of any belly fat diet is to burn more calories than you consume. If you do not achieve this, no positive results will appear even after all the dietary changes you have implemented.

Today’s media has a lot to answer for , they place so much attention on being the ‘perfect’ size and shape, the latest diet crazes, the trials and tribulations of movie stars as they ‘battle’ their bodies from anorexia to mild chubbiness. They forget to tell you that the perfect body does not make for the perfect life, that it will not generally bring you the happiness you desire in and of itself. They also don’t share with you the possibility that you can be experiencing outrageous health and wellbeing at any size or shape.

Do you really want to be on the crazy diet and exercise merry-go-round for the rest of your life? I am sure you don’t, however until we change the way we feel about ourselves no amount of dieting or weight loss is going to be the solution to your issues with food, body shape or reaching and maintaining your idea weight. And it is definitely not the path to outrageous health and wellbeing.

So why when they get to their desired size or weight are they still not satisfied? Why do they then go on to want to adjust other things about themselves - the shape of their bottom, arms or nose or even their relationship? What they want is not about their weight, or size, what they eat or even how often they exercise. It’s about the quality of their life; how they feel every day when they wake up and then every second of that day - it’s about how they feel in their own skin. If you spend all day thinking about all the ways you’re not perfect, then you’ll never feel that sense of outrageous health and wellbeing - and you will never live the great life you deserve.

The HCG can be administered orally, although most diet proponents recommend the shots, which can be injected either just under the skin or in the muscle.

This hormone is said to cause the hypothalamus to order your body to begin to release its fat from storage. As fat is released from the body, its energy is mixed with the calories from the food you consume in order to provide the energy needed to function.

After reaching their goal weight, participants in the diet will move into a maintenance phase. Having lived on the 500 calories daily is said to change eating patterns for life and make maintenance easier for those that reach the goal weight.

I have been researching and studying food and how it interfaces with the human body for more years than I care to remember.

Research has now been completed in this interesting area of nutrition and we have come up with a few startling conclusions - now some older folks such as our Parents will not be too shocked at our results however I just did not realise until I completed this course just how groundbreaking some of these findings were.

It is not generally known, that of this important food group, there is a certain class of vegetables that contain certain nutrients that actually eat away abdominal fat.

It will come as a surprise to many people that though they may know that vegetables are good for us, some of them contain specific phytonutrients that help to eat away that awfully unpopular tummy fat.

Its hard to believe I know, but its not only healthy for us but they actually disolve body fat that has been stored around our bodies.

I really should explain to you exactly what they are and why…

For all I know you are very well read on all about nutrition and you may know what is happening with the latest cutting-edge studies and how elements in our food supply and our environment, like pesticides, food additives, herbicides and other petrochemicals from products in the home, cosmetics and other items can act as xenoestrogens.

I have never heard of xenoestrogens - what are they (I can almost hear you say), well these are chemicals that are exposed to you and your body that have this ‘estrogenic’ effect and excessive exposure can result in hormone balance disruptions for both men and women and these can play all sorts of tricks on and in our bodies irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman.

It was one of the most truly amazing experiences of my learning life that I have ever had to follow and just a few weeks into the course I had become used to putting what I had learned into practice, I witnessed a marked improvement in the shape of my abs (my six pack). It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.

Passion - Gone!

Have you ever wondered where that passion, that drive you once had in life, went to? Where in the world did it go? Once we had dreams and achievements of things that we have left behind. So what ever happened to them? It’s that toxin we know as Negative Thinking!

This affects us by discouraging us, making us negative losing all our hopes, settling for less than what we really could desire and deserve in life. When this happens we lose the ability to feel like we once did. Yes, as kids we felt GR-EA-T!

I recall there was a time in my life I felt madly in love with someone. We had such a strong connection in all ways. But then, for work purposes he moved away, and I was devastated. Many people forget that important changes come from within. This means starting off with a clear mind, so that you not only know what the end of the journey looks like, but are able to plan a better more effectively. This means a route with a reduced risk of encountering hardships along the way.

Think of it this way, if you were into a plane in New York and were flying to Great Britain wouldn’t you want the pilot to have a flight plan (map) and a clearly planned digital route (another map) before they took the plane thousands of feet into the air?

When desiring to make definite changes in your life, you’ll discover that traditional ways of setting goals are insufficient. Think back to the times you may have sat down with a pen and paper, or sat in front of your computer, and typed up a list of goals which you felt were important at that particular time in your life.

This process may have taken you a while as you mulled over what you actually wanted to do you may even have put your goals in order of priority. You might have deliberated for some time over how you could achieve your goals, but then when you had finished making your list and re-read it once, you just it filed away, out of sight, from possible future reference? Why hide the future from yourself?

In a lecture, I once had a teacher say that one of the greatest problems people had in completing projects was getting ready to get ready. At some point, you make a plan and then you act on it. It’s not the plan that’s the problem, the problem is in the plan’s execution.

If you are absolutely honest with yourself, how many times did your list get used for reference purposes? How many times did it even see the light of day?

How long after you got knocked down when something bad happened did it take for you to forget all about what you really wanted out of life.

Parents Impact on us

Admittedly, we are guided through life, and have emotional and physical support from our parents. And, when we were young life was fun, carefree and exciting. Sure, we faced challenges head-on and made decisions more easily, based on whether we felt like doing anything or not. There was no fear involved! In fact, we breezed through life like there was no tomorrow. We didn’t permit others to prevent us from living out our dreams to the fullest.

Take a few moments, and review in your mind, times when you so desperately wanted to accomplish something, and other people who you knew actually got in your way of getting what you wanted.

Do you remember what it felt like to want something so badly? Feel that feeling ” wanting something very bad is DESIRE. Its a powerful emotion. For you to achieve things ” you need desire. Think of it like rocket fuel for everything you want.

Visualize a moment of strong desire in your minds eye. Recall a memory of wanting something really, really strongly and remember those memories and those feelings.

Back then, life was full of passion, intent, and determination to experience new stuff. As we grew older, sadly we lost that inner grit to stand up and say I want to try this because were afraid that we might fail or might even live to regret our decision.

Over time people lose their dreams and replace them with obligations and a sense that they should not be selfish, nor should they think of their own needs and desires. Others become disheartened because of a set back or two, and completely stop trying.

It’s absolutely OK to feel fear; after all, you might be venturing into the unknown, embracing new challenges, becoming more vivid in the public eye or just taking on a big risk as part of achieving your goals. However, never allow deeply rooted inner fears to incapacitate you, nor make you to lose out on your dreams. Be fearless!
